MacWebToolkit.com
This is Mac OS X. No wait, it's a website that looks like Mac OS X!
MacWebToolkit is a web-based GUI framework that allows for the creation of elements that mimic the look and feel of Mac OS X and a foundation for developing a web-based operating system. Heavily and generically programmed in a mix of PHP & Javascript using AJAX, the system allows for module development solely in PHP and a translation via XML to Javascript and finally to HTML.
The nifty part is twofold: (a) that the interface looks like a Mac and (b) there's a well-thought out and expandable backend that makes creating new modules fast and simple.
