photography, at least to me, is a method that lets us look at aspects of the world we normally wouldn't notice. as such, i like taking pictures close up or at interesting angles in order to capture the otherwise unnoticeable and perhaps trivial details in the world.
Mirrors
I found the geometry and reflections in this architecture very intriguing
Sedona
When the sun hits the rocks in the right way, the result is fantastic.
Blend
It's funny how easily a chipmunk blends into the rocks.
Faucet
My sink. I just like the material and serenity it brings.
Fleet Week
The Blue Angels over the Golden Gate Bridge.
Color
Sometimes the pretty flowers are the little, typical ones that stand alone among the weeds.
Suspension
The same formation mimicked on two different scales.
Consumerism
I found it quite funny that both people have a Starbucks cup. What does that say about America and the balance of needs/wants?
Distortion
Are they straight lines? Or is it the water.
The Presidio
Honestly, one of the prettiest places I've been to, the Presidio in SF is an old military outpost from the 1700s full of colonial architecture set against the Golden Gate bridge.
Sunset
Taken from my home in Connecticut overlooking the western hills.
Seagull
Ever see a seagull up close?
